Oh my oh my. When I read Julie’s entry I couldn’t stop smiling. And immediately I couldn’t WAIT to work on her piece! She is from the UK, and you can just HEAR her beautiful accent! Check it out!
| Tell me a brief summary of each member of your family (name, age, hair/eye color, personality). * | Jon (dad) – brown hair, blue eyes, glasses, jolly and a good provider! He loves reading and sport, likes to be outdoors, , drinking coffee, loves being with the family and having time off work!Julie (mum) – short reddish brown hair, hazel eyes, friendly, loves her babies, inspired by scenery and music, happiest outdoors. I’m a creative person who works as a portrait photographer. I’m always thrilled by a walk in the hills with a stunning view. I love good food (a little too much!) and enjoy baking. I never say no to a cup of tea, love love love it! We 5 invariably end up in a cafe if we spend a day out together, it’s one of our favourite things to do!Isobel (12) – brown hair, hazel eyes, petite, tomboy, loves climbing trees and going on family holidays, plays violin
Isla (9) – red hair and freckles, blue eyes. She LOVES her albino hamster Elvis and spends as much time as possible disturbing him! She loves the colour pink and enjoys drawing her fashion designs (she’s very good at it!). In fact she puts looking fashionable above practicality at almost every opportunity! Alasdair (7) – light brown hair, blue eyes, mad keen on football (soccer?! We’re in the UK) and runs EVERYWHERE! He is our soccer-mad boy. In fact, he loves any sort of sport and really enjoyed his visit to the Olympic soccer and cycling last month, and can’t wait to see the Paralympic athletics this month too! He is full of boundless energy and a real bright spark.

Please supply the most details here: * | You would find us all together either walking by a river / lake surrounded by hills in the English Lake District; OR, we’d be sitting in a cafe with tea, cake and milkshakes; OR, in central London by the London Eye, the Thames and Big Ben! I’m more than happy to go along with your creative vision for this, as I’m sure you’ll envisage something from amongst those ideas  |

You can hear her charming Brittish accent too, can’t you? And don’t you love the kids’ names? And that she said her husband in “Jolly? and Alasdaire is “mad keen” on football? Aside from her lovely accent, kids names, and charming colloquialisms, oh my what a lovely woman and family! They love to go to cafés and drink tea together!! And go for walks in the lake district. How can you not love them?

LOVED this pic when I saw it & now I’ve read the post I have a tear (or 2) of joy in my eyes….not only how fab this is but that MrV also loves the pic so watch this space for an order from the Virgoes!! (just need to get the timing right due to an open discussion re a new family addition…..& that does NOT mean we’re making babies!!!)
