HappyFamily Schmidt
I had so much fun recreating this concept for the Schmidt family! I loved the different elements of each family member. A camera for Mom. An iPhone for Dad, a baseball bat for Ian, a hockey jersey for Patrick, ballet shoes for Molly, and a sock in Fisher’s mouth. Check out their entry:

Dad – Chad, blue eyes, bald  . Unbelievably sweet, kind, loving, great player with the kiddos. Has a PhD and works in research. Often seen with iPhone or laptop in hand. Loves music and reading.Mom (me) – LeAnne, blue eyes, light brown/dark blonde curly hair. Grateful for my beautiful family. Photographer, would like to include the camera somehow.
Ian – age 16, red hair, loves baseball. Runs cross country. Smart, sweet, good kid. Patrick – age 12, blonde hair, blue eyes, loves hockey and baseball, great smile. Often seen wearing a baseball hat backwards, loves to read, great friend, sweet kiddo. Molly – age 8, long straight blonde hair, dancer, princess, drama queen. Loving, sweet, funny kiddo. Also loves to read. Fisher – age 4, Portuguese water dog. Goofy. Often seen with a stolen sock in his mouth. |

| The 3 to 5 prominent colors I would like in my piece include (be specific—ie. “royal blue” rather than “blue”, or “light celery green” rather than “green”): * | Dark browns, sage green, light blues. Also maybe include some pink. |
| Is there a career path you would like to include in an illustration : | Photography for me, Chad’s is optional. And maybe just the camera somewhere, strapped on my back or off to the side. |
| Tell me what you would like to see your family doing (would you like them just sitting all together posing, as if for a picture? Or would you like them to be doing something together). Please supply the most details here: | I love the “loving family” onewhere everyone is just close and loving. We also just returned from a trip to Florida and had a wonderful time playing in the waves…but I am thinking swimsuits…not so much!! So probably just together…Also love the balloons with the last name, and happy people.

| Any other details you might be able to give me that would help ensure your enjoyment of the piece: | I use organic bloomframes and like the vintage look of them. I also like the swirly aqua lines around the “loving family” one you’ve done. |
